Information on how and when you can cancel an order placed on our site.

Order Cancellation Window

Full Cancellation Eligibility

A full cancellation and refund are guaranteed if the request is submitted before your order enters the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage. This is typically within the first 2 hours of placing your order.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your order in two ways:

  • Via Your Account: Log into your account, navigate to "Order History," select the order, and click the "Cancel Order" button if it is available.
  • Contact Support: If the button is unavailable, immediately email or call our support team with your order number.
Post-Shipping Cancellation:

Once an order has been marked as "Shipped" (i.e., handed over to the courier), it cannot be cancelled. You must then wait for the order to be delivered and follow our standard Refund and Return Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved (meaning the order had not yet shipped), the full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method. The refund process generally takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Exceptions

Cancellation may be denied for custom-made or personalized items once production has started.
