IMPORTANT: Nova Pharmacy provides medicine delivery and pharmacist consultation services. This platform is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always seek advice from qualified healthcare professionals for medical conditions.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through our app.
  • In case of medical emergencies, call emergency services immediately.
  • Our pharmacists provide general health information and guidance but are not replacing your doctor's advice.

Emergency Services: This app is NOT for medical emergencies. For emergencies, call 1122 or visit the nearest territory hospital immediately.

3. Prescription Medications

Prescription Upload Requirements

  • Valid, legible prescription from a licensed medical practitioner.
  • Prescription must include: Patient name, medication name, dosage, quantity, doctor's signature.
  • Prescriptions are verified by our licensed pharmacists before dispensing.

Prescription Verification

  • All prescriptions are reviewed by licensed pharmacists.
  • We reserve the right to reject unclear or suspicious prescriptions.
  • We may contact your doctor for verification if needed.
  • We do not dispense prescription-only medicines without valid prescriptions.

Prescription Retention

  • Prescriptions are stored securely as per pharmacy regulations.
  • Retention period: 6 months.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to harm, disrupt, or misuse the system in any form.

5. Account & Security

Key responsibilities regarding your account security include:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately atinfo@novahealth.pk if your account is compromised.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating our policies.

6. Restrictions and Prohibited Use

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

  • No spamming, hacking, or fraudulent activity.
  • No misuse of system data or reverse engineering of the application.
  • No posting unlawful or harmful content (e.g., discriminatory, hateful, or obscene material).
