Patient-centric healthcare
At Nova Clinics we prioritise your comfort and time. Our digital appointment scheduling ensures minimal waiting times and maximum consultation quality.
- Real-time appointment booking through our platform.
- Modern diagnostic technology integrated with clinic workflows.
- Integration with Nova Pharmacy for immediate medicine fulfilment.
How care is kept safe
The controls behind every appointment, in the clinic and on video.
- Doctors consulting through Nova hold current registration with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, verified before they see patients.
- Practitioners work within their declared scope of practice and specialty.
- Registration status is re-checked on renewal, and lapsed registration removes access to the consultation platform.
- Every consultation produces a clinical record: presenting complaint, assessment, plan and any prescription issued.
- Prescriptions are issued electronically against your account and can be dispensed at any Nova Pharmacy or elsewhere.
- Records are retained securely for the period required and released only to you or with your consent, except where the law requires disclosure.
- Video consultation suits review, follow-up and conditions that do not require physical examination or investigation.
- Where a condition cannot be safely assessed remotely, the doctor will convert the consultation to an in-person appointment or refer you onward.
- Remote consultation is never appropriate for emergencies, chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe bleeding, stroke symptoms or suspected poisoning.
- Single-use consumables are used for injections and dressings and disposed of as clinical waste.
- Clinical surfaces and equipment are cleaned between patients.
- Sharps and biohazard waste are segregated and removed through licensed handlers.
