Nova Health Account & Data Deletion Request
Nova Health respects your privacy and gives you full control over your personal data. Users may request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data by following the steps outlined below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Log in to the Nova Health mobile application.
- Navigate to Profile → Delete Account.
- Confirm the request to submit your account deletion.
What Happens After Deletion
Once your deletion request is confirmed:
- Your Nova Health account will be permanently deleted.
- All personal data, including profile information and order history, will be removed from our systems.
- This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Certain transaction records may be retained for legal, regulatory, or accounting compliance as required by law.
