Methods of Payment
Accepted Payments
We accept the following forms of secure payment for all orders:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Digital Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay , NayaPay , and other supported wallets.
- Local Payment Options: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to Pkr.500.
Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize Nova Health Store to immediately invoice your provided payment method for any and all fees and charges due. You agree that no additional notice or consent is required for such transactions.
Currency and Pricing
All transactions are processed in USD. Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice, but confirmed pricing for an order will not change after checkout.
All payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely using SSL protocol. Your credit card information and other financial data needed to process your payment are collected and stored by third party payment processors. We do not store sensitive payment details (full card numbers) on our own servers.
Failed Payments
In the event of a failed payment, your order will be placed on hold. We will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. The order will be secured within 48 hours.
Invoicing
A detailed invoice is provided with every order confirmation email and is also available in your Account History section.
