Carbamazepine 200mg tablets for epilepsy and trigeminal neuralgia.
Abacus 200mg contains carbamazepine, an anticonvulsant that stabilises neuronal membranes and reduces synaptic transmission. Used for epilepsy (partial and generalized tonic-clonic seizures), trigeminal neuralgia, and bipolar disorder. Take with or after food. Dose is individualized. Do not stop abruptly. Pack of tablets.

Ingredients
Carbamazepine 200mg per tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in AV block, bone marrow depression, history of serious rash with carbamazepine. May cause drowsiness; avoid driving until effects known. Do not stop abruptly. Monitor blood counts and sodium.
Side Effects
Dizziness, drowsiness, ataxia, nausea, blurred vision. Rare: blood disorders, hyponatremia, serious skin reactions. Report rash, fever, or sore throat.

Store below 25C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in original pack. Keep out of reach of children.
