Adablizer (15mg) 30 Tablets contain memantine 15mg, an NMDA receptor antagonist for moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease. Use as directed; dose is titrated gradually. Do not stop suddenly.
Purpose
Treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease when prescribed.
