Ranolazine 150mg tablet for chronic angina.
Adronil (150mg) 1 Tablet contains ranolazine, used for chronic angina when other antianginals are insufficient. It improves myocardial oxygen supply. Take as directed; usually twice daily with meals.
Purpose
Treatment of chronic angina in patients who remain symptomatic despite conventional antianginal therapy.
Ingredients
Ranolazine 150mg per tablet (dose may be 500–1000mg; see pack).
Warnings
Prescription only. Do not use with strong CYP3A inhibitors (e.g. ketoconazole). Caution in hepatic impairment. Report fainting, dizziness, or palpitations.
Side Effects
Dizziness, headache, constipation, nausea. QT prolongation; avoid in significant QT prolongation or with strong CYP3A inhibitors. Report fainting or irregular heartbeat.
