Alkacitron Syp is an antacid or alkalising syrup (e.g. sodium citrate) for heartburn or urinary alkalisation. Use as directed; do not exceed recommended dose. Shake well before use.

Purpose

Symptomatic relief of heartburn and acid indigestion when used as directed.

Ingredients

Sodium citrate or similar antacid/alkalising agent; composition as per pack.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist. Not for use in severe kidney disease unless directed.

Side Effects

Generally well-tolerated. Electrolyte imbalance with excessive use. Report persistent symptoms.
