Amodip Plus 5/12.5mg is amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension. CCB plus diuretic. Take once daily. Pack of 20 tablets.

Treatment of hypertension in adults.

Amlodipine (as besylate) 5mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg per tablet.

Monitor potassium. Do not use for initial therapy unless prescribed. Do not stop abruptly.

Edema, headache, dizziness, hypokalemia.

Store below 25C. Protect from moisture.
