Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid 625mg for bacterial infections.
Amoxi Clav (625mg) is a combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid (a beta-lactamase inhibitor) for the treatment of bacterial infections. The 625mg strength typically contains 500mg amoxicillin and 125mg clavulanic acid. Used for respiratory, urinary, skin, and other susceptible infections.
Purpose
Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections including respiratory, urinary, skin, and soft tissue infections.
Ingredients
Amoxicillin 500mg and clavulanic acid 125mg (as potassium salt) per tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in penicillin hypersensitivity and history of hepatic dysfunction with amoxicillin-clavulanate. Complete full course. Not for use in infectious mononucleosis.
Side Effects
Nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal discomfort, rash, candidiasis. Rare: hepatotoxicity, allergic reactions. Report rash, jaundice, or severe diarrhoea.

Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
