Amoxicillin forte syrup for bacterial infections.
Amoxil Forte Syp is amoxicillin suspension at higher strength (forte) for bacterial infections when higher dose is needed. Reconstitute and use as directed; complete the full course. Shake well; measure with provided device.
Purpose
Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections when higher dose amoxicillin is indicated.
Ingredients
Amoxicillin (as trihydrate); higher strength per 5ml as per pack after reconstitution.
Warnings
Contraindicated in penicillin allergy. Complete the full course. Report allergic reaction. Not for viral infections.
Side Effects
Diarrhoea, nausea, rash. Rare: allergic reactions. Report rash, severe diarrhoea, or swelling.
Storage Instructions
Store as per pack. Shake well before use. Use within period stated after reconstitution. Keep out of reach of children.
