Amper 10/4mg Tab 10s
Amlodipine 10mg and perindopril 4mg for hypertension.
Amper 10/4mg Tab 10s combines amlodipine (CCB) 10mg and perindopril (ACE inhibitor) 4mg for hypertension when dual therapy is needed. Take once daily as directed; may be taken with or without food.
Purpose
Treatment of essential hypertension when dual therapy is appropriate.
Ingredients
Amlodipine 10mg and perindopril 4mg (as arginine or erbumine) per tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in pregnancy; can cause fetal injury. Do not use with aliskiren in diabetic patients. Caution in renal impairment. Report angioedema (swelling of face/throat).
Side Effects
Dizziness, oedema, cough (ACE inhibitor), hypotension. Report fainting, persistent cough, or severe swelling.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
