Amprexa (10mg) 10 Tablets contains amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker for hypertension and angina. The 10mg strength is for once-daily dosing. Take as directed; may be taken with or without food.

Purpose

Treatment of essential hypertension; treatment of chronic stable angina when prescribed.

Ingredients

Amlodipine besylate 10mg per tablet.

Warnings

May cause ankle swelling. Caution in severe aortic stenosis. Do not stop abruptly. Report fainting or severe oedema.

Side Effects

Oedema, flushing, headache, dizziness. Report fainting, severe swelling, or very slow pulse.
