Amstan (5/160mg) 28 Tablets contain valsartan 160mg and amlodipine 5mg for hypertension. Take as directed; usually once daily. Do not stop without medical advice.
Purpose
Treatment of hypertension when a combination is indicated; as prescribed.
Ingredients
Valsartan 160mg and amlodipine (as besylate) 5mg per tablet.
Warnings
Prescription only. Do not stop suddenly. Report dizziness, swelling, or chest pain. Not for use in pregnancy. Avoid potassium supplements unless advised.
Side Effects
Dizziness, oedema, headache, flushing. Hypotension, hyperkalaemia possible. Report fainting, swelling, or chest pain.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
