Iron 100mg + folic acid 0.75mg tablets 30s for anaemia.
Apofer F (100/0.75mg) 30 Tablets contain ferrous salt 100mg and folic acid 0.75mg for iron-deficiency anaemia. Take as directed; usually once daily. Take on empty stomach or as advised; may cause gastric upset.
Purpose
Treatment of iron-deficiency anaemia when iron and folic acid supplementation is indicated.
Ingredients
Ferrous salt equivalent to 100mg elemental iron and folic acid 0.75mg per tablet.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children; overdose is dangerous. Do not take with tea/coffee at same time. Report severe stomach pain. Not for use in haemochromatosis or repeated blood transfusions unless directed.
Side Effects
Constipation, nausea, dark stools. Overdose can be dangerous. Report severe stomach pain or vomiting.
