Arbi D 300/12.5mg is irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension. ARB plus diuretic. Take once daily. Pack of tablets.

Treatment of hypertension in adults.

Irbesartan 300mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg per tablet.

Contraindicated in pregnancy. Monitor potassium and renal function. Do not use for initial therapy unless prescribed.

Dizziness, fatigue, hyperkalemia, hypokalemia. May cause hypotension.

Store below 25C in a dry place. Protect from moisture.
