Asthiven (10Mg) 14 Tablets
Montelukast leukotriene receptor antagonist for asthma control and allergic rhinitis treatment.
Asthiven contains Montelukast, a selective leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks the action of cysteinyl leukotrienes at the CysLT1 receptor. Leukotrienes are inflammatory mediators that cause bronchoconstriction, mucus production, and airway inflammation in asthma and allergic conditions. By blocking these mediators, Montelukast provides anti-inflammatory effects and bronchodilation, improving asthma control and reducing allergic symptoms without the side effects of corticosteroids.

Prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma in adults and children 2+ years, prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction in patients 6+ years, relief of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis symptoms in adults and children.
