Augmentin 375mg tablets contain 250mg amoxicillin and 125mg clavulanic acid. Same formulation as the 18-tablet pack; pack size of 6 tablets. Combination antibiotic for bacterial infections.

Purpose

Treatment of bacterial infections including respiratory, urinary, skin and soft tissue infections.

Ingredients

Amoxicillin 250mg (as trihydrate), Clavulanic acid 125mg (as potassium salt).

Warnings

Do not use if allergic to penicillins or cephalosporins. Complete full course. Tell your doctor of any liver or kidney problems.

Side Effects

Diarrhoea, nausea, rash. Report severe or persistent side effects.
