Avsar Plus 10/160/12.5Mg Tab
Triple-combination blood pressure tablet with amlodipine, valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide for resistant hypertension.
Avsar Plus is a triple-combination antihypertensive containing Amlodipine (calcium channel blocker), Valsartan (angiotensin II receptor blocker), and Hydrochlorothiazide (thiazide diuretic). This fixed-dose combination targets three distinct mechanisms of blood pressure regulation: vasodilation through calcium channel blockade, renin-angiotensin system inhibition, and sodium-water excretion enhancement. The synergistic effect provides superior blood pressure control compared to monotherapy or dual combinations, particularly beneficial for difficult-to-control hypertension.
Purpose
Treatment of essential hypertension not adequately controlled on dual therapy, reduction of cardiovascular event risk (heart attack, stroke, heart failure), prevention of target organ damage from hypertension.
