Avsar Plus 10/160/25mg is olmesartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension. Triple combination. Take once daily. Pack of 28 tablets.

Treatment of hypertension in adults (substitution therapy).

Olmesartan medoxomil 40mg, Amlodipine 10mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg; or as per pack.

Contraindicated in pregnancy. Monitor potassium. Do not use for initial therapy unless prescribed.

Dizziness, edema, headache, hypokalemia.

Store below 25C. Protect from moisture.
