Azobar 250mg (6 Tab) contains azithromycin 250mg, a macrolide antibiotic for bacterial infections such as respiratory, skin, and sexually transmitted infections. Take as directed; complete the full course.
Purpose
Treatment of bacterial infections (e.g. respiratory, skin, STI) when susceptible organisms are identified or presumed.
Ingredients
Azithromycin (as dihydrate) 250mg per tablet; 6 tablets.
Warnings
Prescription only. Complete full course. Report severe diarrhoea or allergic reactions. Caution in hepatic impairment.
Side Effects
Nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, headache. Rare: QT prolongation, hepatotoxicity. Report severe diarrhoea, jaundice, or irregular heartbeat.
