B Form (400/12)mg capsules are used for the maintenance treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains budesonide, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation in the airways, and formoterol, a long-acting beta2-agonist (LABA) that helps keep the airways open. This formulation is designed for oral inhalation using a compatible inhaler device.
Purpose
Maintenance treatment of asthma and symptomatic treatment of patients with severe COPD.

Budesonide 400mcg and Formoterol fumarate dihydrate 12mcg.
Warnings
Not for the relief of acute asthma attacks. Seek immediate medical help if breathing worsens suddenly after inhalation.
Side Effects
Palpitations, headache, tremors, and mild throat irritation. Oral candidiasis (thrush) can occur; rinse mouth after inhalation.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep the capsules in the blister pack until needed.
