Escitalopram 10mg tablets for depression and anxiety.
Belexa 10mg Tab 20s contains escitalopram, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) for depression and generalised anxiety disorder. The 10mg strength is for once-daily dosing. Take as directed; do not stop abruptly.
Purpose
Treatment of major depressive disorder and generalised anxiety disorder when prescribed.
Ingredients
Escitalopram 10mg (as oxalate) per tablet.
Warnings
Do not use with MAO inhibitors. May increase risk of suicidal thoughts in young adults; monitor closely. Taper when discontinuing. Report mood or behaviour changes.
Side Effects
Nausea, headache, insomnia, fatigue, dry mouth. Report mood worsening, suicidal thoughts, or unusual behaviour.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
