Benprost 20mg Tab
Pantoprazole 20mg tablets for acid reflux and ulcers.
Benprost 20mg contains pantoprazole sodium, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses gastric acid secretion. Used for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Take before breakfast. Pack of tablets.
Purpose
Treatment of GERD, erosive esophagitis, gastric and duodenal ulcers, and pathological hypersecretory conditions.
Ingredients
Pantoprazole sodium (equivalent to 20mg pantoprazole) per enteric-coated tablet.
Warnings
If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice. Long-term PPI use may mask gastric malignancy. Caution in osteoporosis; monitor magnesium with prolonged use.
Side Effects
Headache, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea. Long-term use may be associated with hypomagnesemia and increased fracture risk.
