Betacin N (0.1/0.5%) 15g Cream
Betamethasone and neomycin cream 0.1/0.5% 15g for inflamed infected skin.
Betacin N (0.1/0.5%) 15g Cream combines betamethasone (corticosteroid) 0.1% with neomycin (antibiotic) 0.5% for inflamed, infected skin conditions. Use for short-term; apply thinly. Do not use on large areas without advice.
Purpose
Short-term treatment of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses with bacterial infection when combination therapy is appropriate.
Ingredients
Betamethasone (or equivalent) 0.1% and neomycin 0.5% w/w; 15g.
Warnings
Contains steroid and antibiotic. Short-term use only. Do not use in viral or fungal infections unless prescribed. Do not use on face long-term.
Side Effects
Local thinning, striae, burning. Neomycin may cause allergic contact dermatitis. Report skin thinning or worsening.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C. Keep tube tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
