Blephamide 3.5g Eye Ointment contains sulfacetamide and prednisolone for bacterial eye infections with inflammation. For ophthalmic use only. Apply as directed; do not use long-term without advice.
Purpose
Treatment of bacterial eye infections with inflammation when prescribed.
Ingredients
Sulfacetamide sodium and prednisolone acetate; 3.5g.
Warnings
For ophthalmic use only. Do not use in viral or fungal eye infection. Do not wear contact lenses during treatment. Prescription only. Report pain or worsening.
Side Effects
Mild stinging, blurred vision. Increased intraocular pressure, delayed healing with prolonged use. Report pain or worsening vision.
Storage Instructions
Store as directed. Keep tube tightly closed. Do not use after expiry. Keep out of reach of children.
