Blephapred (10/0.2/0.12%) 5Ml Eye Suspension is a combination ophthalmic suspension containing dexamethasone (corticosteroid), an antibiotic, and possibly an antifungal for inflammatory eye conditions with infection. Use as directed; shake well.
Purpose
Treatment of steroid-responsive inflammatory eye conditions with bacterial (and possibly fungal) infection when combination therapy is appropriate.
Ingredients
Dexamethasone and antimicrobial(s); strengths as per pack (10/0.2/0.12% may refer to different components).
Warnings
Do not use in viral or fungal keratitis unless specifically prescribed. Prolonged use may increase IOP; monitor. Report eye pain or blurred vision.
Side Effects
Increased intraocular pressure, cataract with prolonged use, delayed healing. Report eye pain, vision changes, or worsening redness.
Storage Instructions
Store as directed. Shake well before use. Discard after opening within period stated. Keep out of reach of children.
