Calcium chloride 20% injection 10s for IV use.
Calcium Chloride Inj 20% 10s contain calcium chloride 20% for injection in hypocalcaemia or as prescribed. For intravenous use under medical supervision. Dose and rate as prescribed. Do not use in hypercalcaemia or with digoxin without advice. Prescription only.
Purpose
Treatment of hypocalcaemia or as prescribed when given IV.
Ingredients
Calcium chloride 20%; 10 ampoules/vials.
Warnings
Prescription only. For IV use under medical supervision. Do not use in hypercalcaemia. Use with caution with digoxin.
Side Effects
Injection-site reactions, flushing, bradycardia possible. Report irregular heartbeat or allergic reaction.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C (or as stated). Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
