Calup D tablets combine Calcium Carbonate with Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) in a convenient oral tablet formulation for bone health maintenance and treatment of calcium-vitamin D deficiencies. This combination addresses the two most common nutritional deficiencies affecting bone health: inadequate calcium intake and vitamin D insufficiency. Purpose
Treatment and prevention of calcium and vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis treatment and prevention as adjunct therapy, management of osteomalacia, chronic hypocalcemia, mineral supplementation during pregnancy and lactation.

Warnings
Patients with kidney stone history require urinary calcium monitoring. Regular blood, urine, and kidney function tests recommended with long-term use. Contraindicated in hypercalcemia, severe renal impairment, primary hyperparathyroidism. Drug interactions with tetracyclines, quinolones, bisphosphonates, levothyroxine, iron - separate administration. Maintain adequate hydration. Avoid excessive vitamin D from other sources.
Side Effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence, bloating. Rare serious effects: hypercalcemia, allergic reactions, kidney stone formation.
