Capcidol (0.025%) 20Ml Lotion contains calcipotriol 0.025%, a vitamin D analogue for psoriasis. Apply to affected plaques as directed. For external use only; avoid face and flexures unless advised.

Purpose

Treatment of plaque psoriasis when applied topically.

Ingredients

Calcipotriol 0.025% w/w; 20ml lotion.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not use on face unless advised. Do not exceed weekly dose. Report signs of hypercalcaemia (e.g. nausea, thirst).

Side Effects

Local irritation, itching, erythema. Rare: hypercalcaemia with very large areas. Report severe irritation or worsening.
