Cara 10mg contains rupatadine, a second-generation antihistamine and platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonist. It provides effective relief from the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes, as well as managing chronic urticaria (hives). Its dual mechanism of action offers comprehensive control over allergic inflammatory responses.

Ingredients
Rupatadine (as fumarate) 10mg per tablet.
Warnings
Avoid use with grapefruit juice. Caution in patients with known QT interval prolongation or severe hepatic impairment.

Somnolence, headache, dizziness, dry mouth, and fatigue. Generally well-tolerated.
