Ramipril and hydrochlorothiazide 5/12.5mg tablets 20s for hypertension.
Cardace H (5/12.5mg) 20 Tablets contain ramipril 5mg and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg (ACE inhibitor and diuretic) for hypertension. Take as directed; usually one tablet once daily. Do not use in pregnancy. Do not stop suddenly. Monitor potassium as advised. Prescription only.
