Cardiolite Plus 50/12.5mg is atorvastatin and hydrochlorothiazide for cholesterol and blood pressure. Take as directed. Pack of 30 tablets.

Treatment of hyperlipidemia and hypertension in adults.

Atorvastatin (as calcium) 50mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg per tablet.

Report muscle pain or weakness. Monitor potassium. Not for initial therapy unless prescribed.

Muscle pain, headache, dizziness, hypokalemia. Report unexplained muscle pain.

Store below 25C. Protect from moisture.
