Cefixime 200mg capsules for bacterial infections.
Cefim 200mg contains cefixime, a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. It is used for susceptible bacterial infections including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, and otitis media. The 200mg strength is commonly used for twice-daily dosing.

Warnings
Contraindicated in cephalosporin hypersensitivity. Caution in penicillin allergy. Complete full course. Not for use in infectious mononucleosis.
Side Effects
Diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal pain, rash, headache. Rare: pseudomembranous colitis, allergic reactions. Report severe diarrhoea or rash.
