Cimetidine 400mg tablets for peptic ulcer and acid reflux.
Cimet 400mg contains cimetidine, an H2-receptor antagonist that reduces stomach acid. Used for peptic ulcers, GERD, and hypersecretory conditions. The 400mg strength is for twice-daily or bedtime dosing. Take with or after meals.
Purpose
Treatment and prevention of gastric and duodenal ulcers, GERD, and hypersecretory conditions.
Ingredients
Cimetidine 400mg per tablet.
Warnings
Caution in renal impairment. May interact with many drugs; inform doctor of all medications. Not for immediate relief of heartburn.
Side Effects
Headache, dizziness, diarrhoea, gynaecomastia with long-term use. May interact with warfarin and other drugs. Report unusual bleeding or breast changes.
