Co Amstan (5/160/12.5mg) 28 Tablets contain amlodipine 5mg, valsartan 160mg, and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg (combination for hypertension). Take as directed; usually one tablet once daily. Do not stop suddenly. May cause dizziness. Prescription only.
