Co Extor 10, 160 and 12.5mg is olmesartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension. Take once daily. Pack of 28 tablets.

Treatment of hypertension in adults.

Olmesartan medoxomil, Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide; strengths as per pack.

Contraindicated in pregnancy. Monitor potassium. Do not use for initial therapy unless prescribed.

Dizziness, edema, headache, hypokalemia.
