Amlodipine valsartan HCTZ 5/160/25mg tablets for hypertension.
Co Extor 5/160/25mg Tab contain amlodipine 5mg, valsartan 160mg, and hydrochlorothiazide 25mg (combination for hypertension). Take as directed; usually one tablet once daily. Do not stop suddenly. May cause dizziness. Prescription only.

Treatment of hypertension when prescribed.
