Olanzapine 6mg and fluoxetine 25mg for depression.
Co Olan (6/25mg) 10 Capsules combines olanzapine (atypical antipsychotic) and fluoxetine (SSRI) for treatment-resistant depression or bipolar depression when prescribed. The 6/25mg strength is for once-daily dosing. Take as directed; do not stop abruptly.
Purpose
Treatment of treatment-resistant depression; bipolar I depression when prescribed.
Ingredients
Olanzapine 6mg and fluoxetine 25mg (as hydrochloride) per capsule.
Warnings
May cause drowsiness; avoid driving until effect is known. Do not use with MAO inhibitors. Risk of metabolic changes. Report mood or behaviour changes. Taper when discontinuing.

Drowsiness, weight gain, dry mouth, increased appetite. May cause metabolic changes. Report mood worsening, suicidal thoughts, or unexplained fever.
