Amlodipine valsartan HCTZ 5/160/12.5mg tablets 14s for hypertension.
Co Vmed 5/160/12.5 Tab 14s contain amlodipine 5mg, valsartan 160mg, and hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg (combination for hypertension). Take as directed; usually one tablet once daily. Do not stop suddenly. May cause dizziness. Prescription only.

Treatment of hypertension when prescribed.
