Coferb Granules Sachet 12s is likely iron (ferrous) with folic acid or vitamin B12 in sachet form for anaemia. Dissolve or mix as directed; take on empty stomach or as advised.
Purpose
Treatment or prevention of iron deficiency anaemia and folate deficiency when indicated.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children; iron overdose can be fatal. Do not exceed recommended dose. Take separately from antacids or calcium. Report signs of overdose (vomiting, stomach pain).
Side Effects
Constipation, nausea, dark stools. Report severe constipation, abdominal pain, or allergic reaction.
