Corace (10mg) 20 Tablets
Carvedilol 10mg tablets for hypertension and heart failure.
Corace (10mg) contains carvedilol, a non-selective beta-blocker with alpha-1 blocking activity for hypertension and heart failure. The 10mg strength is for twice-daily dosing. Take with food to reduce orthostatic hypotension.
Purpose
Treatment of essential hypertension; treatment of mild to severe chronic heart failure when prescribed.
Ingredients
Carvedilol 10mg per tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in decompensated heart failure requiring inotropes and severe bradycardia. Do not stop abruptly. Caution in diabetes and peripheral vascular disease.
Side Effects
Dizziness, fatigue, bradycardia, hypotension, oedema. Do not stop suddenly. Report fainting or very slow pulse.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
