Corex D 120Ml Cough Syrup is a cough suppressant and/or expectorant (e.g. codeine or dextromethorphan with other ingredients) for dry or productive cough. Prescription only; use as directed. May cause drowsiness.
Purpose
Symptomatic relief of cough when used as directed under medical supervision.
Ingredients
Cough suppressant and/or expectorant as per pack; 120ml syrup. May contain codeine or dextromethorphan.
Warnings
Prescription only. May cause drowsiness; avoid driving. Do not use in children under 12 (codeine) unless specifically prescribed. Do not exceed dose. Report breathing difficulty.
Side Effects
Drowsiness, constipation (codeine), nausea. Report severe drowsiness, breathing difficulty, or persistent cough.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C. Keep bottle tightly closed. Use within period after opening if stated. Keep out of reach of children.
