Covam Plus (10/160/25mg) 28 Tablets
Amlodipine, valsartan, and HCTZ 10/160/25mg for hypertension.
Covam Plus (10/160/25mg) 28 Tablets combines amlodipine (CCB) 10mg, valsartan (ARB) 160mg, and hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic) 25mg for hypertension when triple therapy is needed. Take once daily as directed; may be taken with or without food.
Purpose
Treatment of essential hypertension when triple therapy is appropriate.
Ingredients
Amlodipine 10mg, valsartan 160mg, and hydrochlorothiazide 25mg per tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in pregnancy; can cause fetal injury. Caution in renal impairment and with potassium-sparing diuretics. Monitor electrolytes.
Side Effects
Dizziness, oedema, hypotension, hypokalaemia, hyperkalaemia. Report fainting, muscle weakness, or swelling.
