Amlodipine valsartan HCTZ 10/320/25mg tablets for hypertension.
Covam Plus 10/320/25 mg Tab contain amlodipine 10mg, valsartan 320mg, and hydrochlorothiazide 25mg (combination for hypertension). Take as directed; usually one tablet once daily. Do not stop suddenly. May cause dizziness. Prescription only.

Treatment of hypertension when prescribed.
