Perindopril 4mg and amlodipine 10mg for hypertension.
Coversam (4/10mg) 10 Tablets contains perindopril 4mg and amlodipine 10mg for hypertension. ACE inhibitor plus calcium channel blocker for dual therapy. Take once daily as directed.
Purpose
Treatment of hypertension in patients who require combination therapy for adequate blood pressure control.
Ingredients
Perindopril (as tert-butylamine) 4mg and amlodipine (as besylate) 10mg per tablet; 10 tablets.
Warnings
Contraindicated in pregnancy, bilateral renal artery stenosis. Report swelling of face/throat (angioedema), fainting, or severe dizziness. Do not stop suddenly.
Side Effects
Cough (ACE inhibitor), ankle swelling (amlodipine), dizziness, headache. Report angioedema, fainting, or severe swelling.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
