Treatment of bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms.

Levofloxacin (as hydrochloride) 500mg per tablet.

Fluoroquinolones may cause tendon damage. Discontinue if tendon pain or swelling. Avoid excessive sun exposure.

Nausea, diarrhea, headache. Risk of tendonitis and tendon rupture. May cause CNS effects.
