Flucloxacillin 125mg tablets for bacterial skin infections.
Cutis (125mg) 20 Tablets contains flucloxacillin or similar penicillin antibiotic for bacterial skin and soft-tissue infections. The 125mg strength may be for paediatric or lower-dose use; usual adult dose is 250–500mg four times daily. Take as directed; complete the full course.
Purpose
Treatment of susceptible bacterial skin and soft-tissue infections when prescribed.
Ingredients
Flucloxacillin 125mg per tablet (or equivalent penicillin).
Warnings
Contraindicated in penicillin allergy. Complete the full course. Report allergic reaction or liver symptoms. Not for viral infections.
Side Effects
Nausea, diarrhoea, rash. Rare: allergic reactions, hepatotoxicity. Report rash, jaundice, or severe diarrhoea.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
