Dapagliflozin 10mg tablets for type 2 diabetes, heart failure, and chronic kidney disease.
Daploz 10mg contains dapagliflozin, an SGLT2 inhibitor used to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes. It works by preventing the kidneys from reabsorbing glucose back into the blood, instead allowing excess sugar to be removed from the body through urine. It is also indicated for heart failure and chronic kidney disease management.

Warnings
Risk of necrotizing fasciitis of the perineum (Fournier’s gangrene). Maintain adequate hydration to prevent dehydration and low blood pressure.
Side Effects
Genital yeast infections, urinary tract infections, increased urination, and back pain. Risk of diabetic ketoacidosis.
